Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
