Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move inventory.
- Processing Orders: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
