Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Transaction Management: Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS system.
- Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
