Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
