Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, striving for a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify areas for process improvement.
- Document all customer interactions and account information in our secure database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
