Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive research and sourcing to identify top talent in the local New York market.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through networking events and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and job descriptions.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications
