Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for technical roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a perfect cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and develop effective interview processes.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring lifecycle, from application to offer acceptance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and tech stack terminologies (React, Python, Java, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
