Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, and data science roles.
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate technical skills.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track metrics and maintain accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict recruiting metrics and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site interviews.
