Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop innovative recruitment campaigns leveraging social media and professional networks
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnel efficiency
- Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract diverse tech talent
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, full-stack, and DevOps professionals
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to assess technical competencies
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
