Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Source passive and active candidates using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate personas.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently and maintain accurate data.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling specialized technical roles successfully.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
