Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed) to actively source and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for open positions in various technical sectors.
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and orientation support.
- Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and refine job descriptions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
