Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday/ATS) and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional service to candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks to negotiate offers effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating web-based tools.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for evening networking events.
