Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, from screening to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview criteria.
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline velocity to ensure hiring goals are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
