Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified technical candidates for engineering, IT, and product roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of sourcing hard-to-fill engineering/IT roles
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong technical understanding of software development, cloud, and data technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
