Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media networking (LinkedIn), to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide competitive compensation advice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align recruitment strategies with business goals and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR role (Contract or Temp-to-Hire experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to research and identify passive candidates within niche technical markets.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
