Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer extension.
- Building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
- Providing feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the Raleigh, NC job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
