Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking).
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of technical talent.
- Coordinating and facilitating face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition to offer.
- Posting jobs to relevant job boards and optimizing job descriptions for SEO.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical roles (DevOps, Java, Python, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local client sites.
