Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance targets including AHT and FCR benchmarks
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Train on new products/services bi-weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
