Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships across Oklahoma and Pennsylvania territories
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and solution selling
- Present product demonstrations and conduct needs-based consultations
- Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns and events
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Drive customer retention through exceptional post-sale support
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to travel 10-15% across Oklahoma and Pennsylvania
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
