Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Specialists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and cultural fit assessments to shortlist top talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end offer process, including salary negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous hiring coverage.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to optimize hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the software and IT industry.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
