Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) using advanced search strategies and social media platforms.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and outbound engagement.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on salary benchmarks and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
