The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. We are looking for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science).
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on various job boards and internal ATS.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago tech market and salary benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
