Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific platforms
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate relationship management
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive networking and community engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills (e.g., Java, Python, cloud technologies, Agile methodologies)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to assess technical aptitude
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever
- Track record of building diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Talent Acquisition certification a plus
