Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash duties with strict accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
