Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify top-tier talent aligned with our technical and operational needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates using our calendar systems.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data and pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and market positioning.
- Engage with potential candidates via LinkedIn and professional networks to build a strong talent pool.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, part-time schedule effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques is an asset.
