Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier software engineers through LinkedIn, GitHub, and developer communities
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and salary bands
- Optimize recruitment funnel using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical hires annually
- Expert knowledge of Austin's tech talent landscape and compensation trends
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer acceptance
