Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier engineering and technical talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire hiring lifecycle, from pipeline generation and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand complex technical requirements and build a compelling employer brand.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software and technology sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology to effectively evaluate candidates.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
