Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for the Project 2026 division, from defining job requirements to closing offers.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering.
- Collaborate with Engineering Leads to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, conferences, and social media engagement.
- Conduct technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nexus Future Systems, representing our values and vision to the market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software development or AI industry.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Backend, ML, Data Science).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring metrics and deadlines.
