Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Execute strategic sourcing plans using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, events, and campus partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess coding skills, system design, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate personas.
- Manage the candidate experience from the initial application through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track metrics, forecast hiring needs, and optimize recruitment funnels.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Tech/SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill, specialized technical roles.
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical stack methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing offers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
