Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
  • Execute strategic sourcing plans using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, events, and campus partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess coding skills, system design, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate personas.
  • Manage the candidate experience from the initial application through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track metrics, forecast hiring needs, and optimize recruitment funnels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Tech/SaaS industry.
