Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Deep understanding of the San Francisco tech market and local hiring trends.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong network of contacts within the software development community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
