Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles, from screening to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources (Part-time experience considered).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skills (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and social media for sourcing.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
