Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and tech communities.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or staffing (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to start immediately.
