Responsibilities
- Source and identify top-tier technical talent through various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Networking).
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for ongoing requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality hires.
- Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site interviews.
