In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for hard-to-fill technical positions, from building talent pipelines to closing offers. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to understand their needs and source candidates who not only have the right skills but also the right cultural fit.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech forums.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Client Relations: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, build strong relationships, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent to meet business demands.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer stage, negotiating compensation packages and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide competitive insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), various technologies (React, Node.js, Python, etc.), and the ability to speak the language of engineers.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
