Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various tech roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product).
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Staffing, or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket placements in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade candidates and clients.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage a heavy pipeline.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
