Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from defining job descriptions to extending offers.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social media networking, and direct outreach, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide market insights and recruitment analytics.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a positive brand impression.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
