Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions (Software, IT, Engineering, Data Science).
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Managing candidate relationships and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborating with the team to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the Chicago IT market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
