Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process and provide exceptional communication.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and industry demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong proficiency in social media recruiting and professional networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
