Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and IT Support.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for final selection.
- Manage candidate relationships through effective communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Cleveland and Ohio job market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a 'hunter' mentality.
