Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT positions.
- Spearhead sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating schedules and providing feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize recruitment funnels for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill engineering and IT roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of full-stack development, cloud technologies, or data engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
