Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments for weekend applicants.
- Job Posting Management: Maintain and optimize job postings on company career sites and external platforms to attract high-quality talent.
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely and professional updates to candidates regarding their application status.
- Data Management: Accurately update candidate data in the ATS and ensure reporting requirements are met for the weekend shift.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with full-time recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in technical recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
- Research Skills: Strong internet research skills and the ability to navigate complex LinkedIn searches.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
