Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and facilitate technical assessments.
- Build long-term pipelines and manage candidate relationships effectively.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
