Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies to identify passive and active talent.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records.

Qualifications
