Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical positions, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively research the market to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, build interview panels, and provide market feedback.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch communication strategy to ensure candidates feel valued throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the SaaS, IT, or Software Development sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical concepts (e.g., Python, Java, Cloud, React).
- ATS Proficiency: Expert level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical candidates effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
