Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in the tech sector, leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and provide market insights.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the software, engineering, or IT sectors.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in advanced search techniques, Boolean logic, and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourceright).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- ATS Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
