The Role:
As our Weekend Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical technical positions, ensuring we never miss a beat in talent acquisition during the weekend.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product roles during weekend shifts.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry for weekend applications.
- Coordinate interviews and offer negotiations with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to align weekend strategies with weekly goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (React, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
