Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash and credit payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean sales floor according to company standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City location.
