Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Utilize advanced ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Analyze recruitment funnels and SEO metrics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align recruitment branding with SEO content strategies.
- Stay abreast of Google algorithm updates and industry best practices for both SEO and Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with keyword research and content optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
