Responsibilities

- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Optimize recruitment processes through data-driven insights and ATS refinement
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experiences
- Drive diversity initiatives in technical hiring pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level tech positions
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, technical assessments, and compensation benchmarking
