Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
